the girl in the white dress..

sometimes i wish that we are all like the little girl in the white dress..

just the other day, at a undisclosed location, we were carolling just at the "VIP" area, due to the time that we were given, and the fact that it was a charity concert, that means tai tais and old men in the "inner circle" frequent; that means they are all likely to be fashionably late. therefore we were mainly singing to thin air. Even though there were some people visible, the ladies clad in big fur coats, wearing their jimmy choos and flaunting their LVs were just walking past us like we are some stereo playing christmas carols..

however, when the little girl appeared, she was like an angel, wearing her little white dress, black shoes, walked right up to us and listened to us for about 10 min.. its amazing i tell ya.. i dunno about the rest, but i was seriously just singing to her. (it was at the line" we're offering this simple phrase to kids from one to ninety-two) haha.. so appropiate.. and when we finished, she jumped and cheered for us.. to me, that was the best applause that i have ever recieved..

so it brings us back to the question that why cant we all be like the little girl?? i guess its just society that takes the sense of wonder and the simple joys out of you.. haha.. so stop being a conformist.. lets all be goth and write poems and songs about pain..

jeez..
