well, CD went in, rip halfway, loud bang! CPU vibrates, sound of snapping plastic.... and when it came out, thats what i got in the first picture.
As you can see, thats not the full CD, so, fragments are still embedded deep in my DVD ROM.
Scratch marks on the disc tray?? see that? fragments?? ahh...

Acer's got some explaining to do..
